Congratulations to Jason Banks, recipient of the 2026 Rod Serling Memorial Foundation Scholarship.
Jason will attend Ithaca College this Fall, where he will continue his involvement in the arts, with his major in Jazz studies.
Jason writes that he is inspired by Rod Serling’s ability to simultaneously fight for human rights while creating an entertaining show, allowing him to get around TV censorship laws.
“This is one of the main things I would like to express in my own art,” Jason writes.
